DeskEstate CRM was founded by property managers in Pakistan who were tired of running hundreds of units on Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and paper receipts.
The story
In 2023, our founders were managing a combined portfolio of over 200 rental units across Lahore and Karachi. Rent collection meant chasing tenants on WhatsApp. Financial reporting meant manually reconciling spreadsheets at month-end. When a unit went vacant, there was no single place to see which properties needed attention.
They searched for property management software built for the Pakistani market. Nothing existed. The international tools assumed dollar billing, US-style leases, and workflows that simply didn't match local practice. So the team at Solution Derivators built DeskEstate — starting with the exact problems they faced every day: tracking units, recording payments in PKR, generating professional invoices, and understanding their portfolio finances at a glance.
Today DeskEstate is used by independent landlords with a handful of units, growing property management firms, and full real estate agencies. We're a small, focused team and we intend to stay that way — because it keeps us close to the problems we're solving.
