Ownership Statement

This Ownership Statement identifies the legal owner and operator of the DeskEstate property management platform, the DeskEstate brand, and the website at deskestate.com (together, the "Service"). It is provided for transparency and to satisfy the verification requirements of payment providers and other partners.

1. Owner and operator

The Service is owned and operated by Solution Derivators, a sole proprietorship based in Karachi, Pakistan ("Solution Derivators", "we", "us", or "our"). DeskEstate is a product of Solution Derivators. Solution Derivators is solely responsible for the development, operation, billing, and support of the Service.

2. Ownership of intellectual property

Solution Derivators owns, or holds the necessary rights to, all intellectual property that makes up the Service, including:

  • The "DeskEstate" name, logo, and brand identity;
  • The domain name deskestate.com and associated subdomains;
  • The platform software, source code, user interface, and design;
  • The written content, documentation, and images published on the website, except where attributed to a third party.

No part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, resold, or used to create a derivative product without our prior written permission, except as expressly allowed by law or our Terms of Service.

3. Ownership of customer data

The information that customers enter into the Service — including properties, residents, leases, and financial records — remains the property of the respective customer. Solution Derivators processes that data only to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. This Ownership Statement does not transfer any rights in customer data to Solution Derivators.

4. Authorised channels

The only official channels for the Service are the website at deskestate.com, the application at app.deskestate.com, and the email address hello@deskestate.com. Solution Derivators is not responsible for any website, application, or communication that uses the DeskEstate name or brand without authorisation.
